Resume
GNGF
Design + Development Lead, GNGF Brand Manager
December 2015–present
As the GNGF design lead, I oversee all client design projects from start to finish. I am especially integral in the initial branding process, which I played a major part in developing while in the designer role. In addition to developing and creating visual concepts to enhance brand messaging, I act as creative and art director for the design team, coaching them through the design process and encouraging well-developed visual solutions.
In the development lead role, I manage a team of both in-house and outsourced developers to create website designs and Salesforce software products. The most important aspect of this job is relaying the designer’s vision with the developer’s language of execution, something that can be especially difficult with an outsourced team. This role also involves intense quality control and testing.
My role on the GNGF internal sales and marketing team is to manage the visual and content aspects of our marketing materials to ensure messaging consistency and effectiveness. I am responsible for several integral marketing efforts such as our monthly newsletter and webinars, including content planning, visual asset creation, project management, and copywriting.
